The students performed brilliantly and confidently for the speeches they wrote themselves to the theme of 'I'm exactly where I am meant to be'.

The three finalists from our House winners were:

• Carvalli, in Year 9, who spoke about how Orchard Park had helped bring him confidence and find his voice.
• Holly, in Year 8, who spoke about how performing arts had changed her confidence and encouraged others to find themselves.
• Omotalani, in Year 7, who spoke about the importance of being yourself and not giving into peer pressure.

Due to the amazing performance and memorising her speech so impeccably, our winner was Omatalani. Congratulations on a superb piece of public speaking. Congratulations too, to all our amazing finalists and House winners.
